Walking into this tiny Iowa City pizza joint I was quickly caught by the aroma of fresh dough, as the guy behind the counter was preparing something fresh. And although the table I happened to sit at still had rings from the cups of the last patrons (which had likely been at least an hour ago), the savory look of the pizza behind the counter kept me there.

Almost blisteringly hot, our pizza was delivered straight to our table - featuring the right blend of crunch crust with a warm, cheesy, soft taste on top.
