An accident involving a car and a van happened earlier today on Highway 6. Traffic has been backed up for several blocks, making traffic a little slower and completely blocking one lane on parts of Highway 6. From the look of the scene, the driver of the car had been traveling too fast and crashed into the back of the van at an intersection. According to the Iowa City police department no one was injured.
